How to Update Your Backflow Test Kit
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR BACKFLOW TEST KIT
Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.
Step 1: Select the "My Service Provider" icon located in the top row.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Test Kits" box. Click on the bolded "Select" button next to the backflow system that needs updating.
Step 3: Update the following:
A: Enter the test kit expiration date.
B: Upload your test kit certificate by attaching the file. PDF, RTF, TXT, GIF, JPG and PNG are acceptable file formats.
Step 4: Click "Update" to save the changes to TCE.
