How to Update Your Expired Company License
HOW TO UPDATE YOUR EXPIRED COMPANY LICENSE
Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.
You need to be listed as a company administrator to update
company license.
Step 1: Click on the "My Service Provider" icon located in the top blue bar.
Step 2: Scroll down and select "Edit."
Step 3: Click on the bolded license that you wish to update.
Step 4: Click "Edit" to begin the updating process.
Step 5: Fill in the following information:
A: Change the expiration date to the new updated date. As you can see here, this license expired on 03/31/2019. The new expiration date should be dated for the current year or later.
B: The license type should remain the same. Update if needed.
C: The license number should stay the same. Update if changed.
Step 6: Click "Update" to save the updated license to TCE.
