HOW TO FIND INFORMATION ON AN AHJ
Google Chrome is the browser that best supports TCE.
Before proceeding, make sure your service area under the “My Service Provider” tab or icon reflects only the states in which you do business.
Step 1: From the homepage, click on the “AHJs” tab.
Step 2. This is a list of all the AHJs in your service area. (Jurisdictions that are shaded in blue have joined TCE since your last visit to the AHJ folder. Please review the new AHJs and click on “Acknowledge New AHJs.”)
Step 3. If you need to contact someone from the AHJ, click on the name in the left column. This will bring you to a phone number and email address.
Step 4. To see which systems an AHJ is tracking and what the submittal fee per report is, click on the on the right:
Step 5. If you click on the , you will see the requirement letter for this AHJ. The requirement letter states the date that this AHJ came on board with TCE and explains that it is mandatory for reports to be submitted through it. You can save a copy of this letter to show to any customers who may have questions about the system.
